Burning fat.

Right ladies and gentleman i just posted this on Yahoo answers have a squizzle if you want to burn some fat.

Right basically the more muscle you have on your body the more energy its takes to run it. Therefore the more muscle you have the higher the amount of fat burning when you are doing your cardio. This occurs because you use your food energy alot quicker and therefore eat into your reserve tank sooner, which is your fat stores.
Now i'm not saying you need to become a bodybuilder or something because 1) you dont and 2) those guys are crazy ! Lol. But what you do need to do is train very hard with the weights push your pain threshold because if you dont your body won't adapt to the stress its under and it will become used to the work load. Right so now to the rep range, basically because of your goals as a women are to trim up and tone keep the reps between 15 and 20 reps per set. This will burn more calories and still stimulate muscle growth, but trust me it won't make you look like a muscle women it will give you that toned look you are after.
Now for the burning fat. To really put the icing on the cake and get that toned appearance you have to be able to see the toned physique underneath, which requires getting rid of access fat. Sounds easy when i say like that i know but can be easier than you think. Because as i said before you need to keep muscle so running for hours ain't gonna do you any good. Its good if you're ding the marathon but not burning fat. The key to burning fat is to do it when you have low blood sugar levels.This is first thing in the morning, after your weights or after work before dinner.The type of cardio should be non explosive for example brisk walking. Walking is fantastic if you can do it every day between half an hour to an hour you will get results.You must do it every day though to stop you from getting lazy and to keep the metabolism going.
